Customer-care messaging program
Ascended Interface LLC offers optional text messages related to customer inquiries, requested information, scheduling and appointment confirmations, and customer-service follow-ups. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
You may enroll by giving affirmative verbal consent during a call with an Ascended Interface LLC agent. The agent explains the program and asks whether you agree before sending program messages to your mobile number. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Your consent applies to messages from Ascended Interface LLC for the purposes described here.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. The company's estimated total monthly message volume is not a per-customer message allowance or guarantee.
Opt out
Reply STOP to a message from our program to cancel. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To request re-enrollment, contact support@ascendedinterface.com; an affirmative opt-in is required before messaging resumes.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@ascendedinterface.com. You can use email for customer support whether or not you participate in text messaging.
Delivery and privacy
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. A material change in messaging purpose requires appropriate new consent before messages outside the scope of your existing consent are sent.
